About Simon Valcin

Simon was born and raised in Miami alongside his older sister and two younger brothers. He practiced leadership at home and excelled in sports, which remains one of his greatest passions. Simon captained his high school varsity basketball team for four years then matriculated at the University of South Florida. While focusing on his studies, Simon learned the ins and outs of investing in one's future and began to envision a career for himself in real estate. After graduation, his work in banking further strengthened his belief in the importance of planning for the future. Simon's ability to lead and champion his banking clients through the financing and mortgaging processes has since evolved into the perfect skill set for helping his real estate clients find the perfect home. Simon understands that the right home for his clients is the one that lets them stay true to their values.
