I started my real estate career path different from many of my peers. My career for over 10 years was as a Professional Organizer and a member of Memphis NAPO, our local chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers. After being an organizer for many years I became a Certified Professional Organizer®, on-site organizing, coaching, consulting, training, virtual organizing, interactive workshops and speaking engagements, which transfers, teaches or demonstrates organizing skills. Being able to see and maximize the usefulness of any given space brought me to staging and redesign of clients�EUR(TM) homes. I added a staging and redesign accreditation to my resume and began learning more about the real estate industry through staging. With homes on the market competing for buyers, staged homes show and sell quickly. Buyers want to walk into a home and picture themselves living in a beautiful space. Few buyers are willing to buy a house that looks tired, cluttered or impersonal. Buyers are looking for a house that they can identify with, afford, and offers something more than expected.
