Shawn has also worked for leading developers and has been top producer on projects such as Metropica, Marina Palms, Cielo on the Bay, 50 Biscayne, Icon Brickell, One Bal Harbour, Fontainebleau III, Terra Beachside and Vizcayne.With a bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, he is trained to bring an aesthetic eye to his work and is qualified to advise his clients about the most effective ways they can stage their homes for an expedient sale. A long time resident of South Florida, Shawn currently resides in a Miami Beach with his wife and 3 dogs.
