She received a MS in education and was a teacher for a short time. She worked in operations and finance in the garment industry, before starting her career in Real Estate. A good question for Lily would be "What hobbies don't you have?"! She is an excellent chef, extraordinary knitter, determined golfer and avid gardener, where her garden really does grow in Great Neck, New York. She also loves to travel the world. Most people do a double-take when meeting this team as it is not very obvious who is the mother and who is the daughter. This fact has given Shari a slight complex, but she gets over it considering she has the genes too. Shari graduated from Syracuse University with a BA in Sociology. Shari lived in the Gramercy Park area while working for a domestic textile firm, selling predominantly to Women's Sportswear and Dress manufacturers. Her flair for design, and style along with her love and knowledge of NYC made Real Estate the logical next career.
