Scott Kennedy is a seasoned veteran in the industry with an extensive background in all aspects of real estate having held a license in New York, Massachusetts, and Florida. Born and raised into a family of real estate sales and residential development in Denver Colorado, he has been involved in flipping, renovations, and ground up custom home development since a young age. To hone his business skills, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola University New Orleans with a double major in marketing and management. After college, an opportunity arose in upstate New York and he started S & P Properties Management and Kennedy Brokerage as managing partner. After successfully building a brokerage and management company to over 120 residential units, he sold his shares pursuant to expanding his brand in Miami where he has resided for over 12 years. That experience has given a well-rounded knowledge of multiple markets and trends to help educate his clients to the fullest on any home purchase or investment. A concentration in luxury waterfront residential condos and single-family homes, with his main areas of focus being Miami Beach, Edgewater, Brickell, North Miami Beach and surrounding. He provides to his clients a strong understanding of financial analysis, marketing, photography, and overall interpersonal skills to negotiate which have contributed to a long track record of successful deals and even happier clients.
