About Sarah Bond

Sarah Bond has been with the Corcoran Group for over 20 years. Having lived in a townhouse on Manhattan's Upper Eastside for more than thirty years, she brings much first hand knowledge to buyers and sellers of townhouses. She has recently moved to a new condominium, and also has extensive knowledge in the arcane world of Manhattan co-ooperatives. Born in England and raised in Scotland, she has lived in the City for over 40 years, raising two daughters who attended The Brearley School in Manhattan.
