Sanjya has two degrees from Pratt Institute: Construction Management and Architectural Design. He is also a decorated veteran who served as a Naval Aviator for five years as a Lieutenant. Tobie Garfinkle Tobie Garfinkle has lived in Riverdale and Manhattan for many years. She knows and loves the city, and has explored every neighborhood from tip to tip. Tobie started her real estate career selling and renting apartments in Manhattan before joining Team Sanjya Tidke. She previously held executive management positions in the fashion industry, and was the principal owner of a very successful start-up fashion company where she perfected her business, marketing, and negotiating savvy. Adinah Kranzler Adinah Kranzler, a seasoned veteran of the real estate industry, is known for her integrity, confidentiality, successful negotiating expertise, and familiarity with the Riverdale real estate market, particularly the Fieldston community where she resides.
