Hello everyone! I'm a friendly, low-key guy who is passionate about using this business of Real Estate to serve others in my community and to financially take care of me and my family. A background in Help Desk Management, I have 12 years of Customer Service experience, honed through serving on and leading multiple technical support teams, and culminating in a Project Manager role, for a multi-million dollar government services contract with the National Institutes of Health (NIH). I am a teacher at heart. I have a B.A. degree in Communication, from University of Maryland, College Park, with skills in interpersonal communication, conflict management, and negotiation. I also hold a graduate degree in Special Education from the Johns Hopkins School of Education. Yearning to build a legacy with my best friend and wife, Michelle Smith, I became the other half of The Lord & Smith Team. Ultimately, my goal is to ditch the I-95 commute completely and become a full-time agent. When I'm not out helping others with their real estate needs, I can be found either serving as minister of music at my church or playing a game of Monopoly® or Cashflow for Kids® with my daughter Olivia.
