As a REALTOR� and personal real estate investor, Ryan knows first-hand how real estate can propel people towards a life of financial freedom. He is obsessed with the topics of real estate, personal finance and investing and is eager to share his passion with clients to help them achieve a higher level of prosperity. Since moving to Austin in 1992 to attend the University of Texas, Ryan has seen the metro area triple in size and transform into a global center for business, providing him a deep knowledge of the ever-evolving Austin real estate market. Ryan launched his real estate business after an award-winning 16-year career in journalism and public relations, utilizing his fact-finding and communication skills to help clients stay on top of market trends and make well-informed decisions. Ryan is committed to serving his clients year-round with every aspect of real estate, not just during each transaction. He is known for his attention to detail, high level of communication, and most importantly, his fiduciary duty in putting the needs of his clients first. Not to be overlooked, his wry sense of humor keeps everyone in good spirits throughout the journey. Ryan is a proud Austinite and stays actively involved in his community. He currently serves as Vice President of his Westcreek Neighborhood Association and is the organizer of his neighborhood's annual 4th of July parade. He also serves as a board member of the Austin-based non-profit Hand To Hold, which helps families before, during, and after a NICU stay or infant loss by providing powerful resources for the whole family. In addition, he supports numerous local charities and organizations including Austin Sunshine Camps, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and St. Catherine of Sienna. Outside of work, Ryan and his wife Andi are busy raising their two young boys Andrew and Spencer and working alongside his clients building their personal wealth through real estate investing.
