Whether advising financial decisions as a life insurance agent, hiring and training financial planners, fundraising for philanthropic efforts or working as an in-demand real estate agent, Ruth's primary motivation has always been to understand people's needs and see that those needs are met. As a veteran of the industry, who has also bought and renovated several homes herself, Ruth has a deep appreciation for the process of buying and selling real estate. Affable, financially savvy and highly empathetic, Ruth is known for her ability to deliver value, whether that means negotiating a great deal or securing the most qualified buyers. Born in Israel, Ruth grew up on the Upper West Side. After shuttling between New York and California for decades, she returned to the Upper West Side in 2011. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in sociology from NYU, as well as a graduate degree in education from UC Berkeley. In her free time, Ruth enjoys exploring the city's theater, museums and restaurants, and spending time with her beloved grandchildren.
