I feel that when it comes to selling real estate, it is very important to have personal experience with buying and owning property as well as professional experience selling it. The proud owner of my own landmarked townhouse since 1995, I learned so much about the entire real estate process in my own search, buying, owning and dealing with tenants, that I have made a commitment to share my knowledge with others.
