About Rosana Broom

Rosana Broom grew up in the diverse and vibrant country of Brazil, and she takes a very personal approach to working with her clients. Rosana has worked for nearly a decade in New York City real estate, and she knows the New York market inside and out. Rosana focuses on building long-term relationships with her clients, who come back to her over and over again because they trust her experience, knowledge, and ability to seize great opportunities when they become available. And most of all because they know she delivers the results they are looking for. Rosana began her real estate career in 2002, when she started a short term rental business with her husband in Rio de Janeiro. In 2009 she settled in New York, joining the Corcoran team the very next year. Rosana holds a degree in architecture from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro,
