Ron has been in the Boone/Banner Elk area for the past 30 years and has successfully developed several properties there along with handling the sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties. He knows the local area and is in tune with the ever-changing real estate market. He started his real estate career at age 21 and has been a consistent top producer both in commercial real estate sales in South Florida for 25+ years, and a top-ranking residential agent here in the High Country for the past seven years. He moved here with his wife Mindy to raise his daughter in the High Country and to enjoy all it has to offer. He likes to ski, hike, white water rafting, and to enjoy the great cultural offerings this area has to offer. He is associated with EXP Realty LLC and is serving the North Carolina High Country in the Boone/Blowing Rock and Banner Elk area as well as Ashe County to provide national and international marketing. Formerly with Century 21 he was the Top Producer in the office for the past 5 years and was in the top 5% of ALL AGENTS in the High Country in 2017-2020. He was also Number 3 in the entire State of North Carolina with his previous office.
