Ron Dickerson, a Mississippi-native, moved to Atlanta in 1997. While earning his Business degree from Ole Miss, Ron was also very active in the student body and represented the Rebels on the Varsity Cheerleading team. Ron then completed his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Memphis and fell in love with the stately homes and architecture of the city and began working with the home design and products industry. After moving to Atlanta, he quickly adopted the city as home and worked in corporate marketing before getting fully entrenched in the home remodeling and redesign industry working with two of the city's leading designers, leading to a career in real estate in 2007. Living in Virginia Highland, Ormewood Park and now, Grant Park, Ron has renovated two homes and extensively remodeled his current modern bungalow in Grant Park which was featured in the 2012 Grant Park Candlelight Tour of Homes. An education in business and marketing and a career in sales and communications combined with Ron's love for architecture and design creates a great blend of benefits, experience and enthusiasm for buyers and sellers in today's real estate market. He has helped numerous BUYERS locate and purchase their first home and coached many others on pricing and negotiation tactics to create winning offers in today's more competitive market. He has also helped numerous SELLERS in the lengthy confusing short sale process saving thousands while exclusively marketing other homes receive above market price offers and smooth sales transactions. As a Realtor since 2007, Ron is now an Associate Broker and recognized as one of the company's top performing agents working out of the new PalmerHouse Properties Decatur office. My objective is to really help buyers and sellers achieve their goals: researching, negotiating and offering credible counseling on the real estate market's ever-changing conditions and offer strategic and appropriate valuation and marketing strategies.
