I have worked exclusively in REO sales and management since 1992, focusing on both residential and commercial properties. For over ten years, I was the managing broker of the #1 REO firm in my region, handling on average of 200 400 REO transactions per year, most from cradle to grave. I am a member of US REO Partners, REOMAC, National Association of Realtors, MIAMI Board of Realtors, NYSAR, Prime Time Business Council, and have attended frequent seminars and workshops. I am also a current member of Equator, RESNET, Pyramid, Exceleras, and other platform providers. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and LCAM in both the state of Florida and New York, with extensive experience in dealing with HOA associations in the state of Florida. Over the last 5 years, I have been a top sales agent for Oakhill Advisors, MCM Capital, BSI Financial, Prime Asset Fund, Gregory Funding, Statebridge, Shellpoint, and others, working on their large portfolios of REO and short sale properties in South Florida. I know how hard asset managers work, and my goal in business is to make your life easier. My team and I pride ourselves on being hybrid brokers, in that we are extensively familiar with traditional REO, but also work with numerous private equity shops/hedge funds, offering a unique understanding of how to tailor our services to their needs, and how their approach differs from traditional REO.
