About Robert Novak
Having grown up in small towns across the Midwest, I developed a love for farming and the outdoors. Following a 22 year career in the US Army and 8 years working with the US Government in varying roles, I am now pursuing my initial love for farming and living/working in a rural environment. As a local to the Southern VA area, and the owner of a small family farm in Lunenburg County VA, we raise Dexter Cattle and Katahdin Sheep. I initially joined the United States Army Reserve at 17 and then went on active duty with the US Army when I was 19 years old. I spent the next 22 years on active duty being stationed in Germany, Fort Bragg, NC (twice), Fort Lewis, WA (twice), Fort Sam Houston TX, and Japan. I also had the pleasure of experiencing many other locations including countries in South America, Asia, and the Middle East. I hold a Bachelor�EUR(TM)s degree in strategic leadership and a Masters in Strategic Leadership and Organizational Management. Once I retired from the US Army in 2010 I worked as an Emergency Management/Continuity of Operations specialist, with additional positions as a Project/Program manager for various US Government organizations. Rob enjoys the opportunity to be a part of the eXp Realty, LLC team and looks forward to the learning and growth he will achieve as part of this team.
