Allow for me to introduce myself-Rhonda Hance, born and raised in Corpus Christi area. I am a full time licensed professional realtor with Coldwell Banker Homestead Properties Inc. Over the course of 30+ years, I have had much experience of a one on one client experience with other major companies such as American Express, American Family Insurance, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Not only did my own biological family but also my professional families have taught me the true definition of value, commitment, and the most sovereign work ethic. After graduating high school, I moved away for some time but moved back as I missed my south Texas. While I excelled my way to the top with previous companies with mighty strides, I missed my beloved mother land and family. I was employed at Christus Spohn Hospital Kleberg prior to completing my credentials/education at the highly accredited Champions Real Estate School in Austin, Texas. This allowed for me to build my credibility of knowledge and total competency. My business affiliations include: National Association of Realtors, Corpus Christi Association of Realtors, Texas Real Estate Commission, Coastal Bend MLS.My extracurricular activities include the beach nonetheless, boating, cardio kickboxing, health/fitness, spending time with my children/grandchildren/extended family. I enjoy hunting with my Captain Game Warden husband and then reaping the rewards of processing our own game. I revel in getting to spend time with our Game Warden family. It is notably vital to instill with our youth and adults the importance for balance of wildlife and sports recreational opportunities for of present and future generations. My ultimate goal is to inspire others to help make their dreams come true with locating the house of their dreams. I want my clients to feel as they are apart of my own family as I will demonstrate my commitment of excellence for all of their real estate endeavors.
