A native New Yorker, Renato has always been enamored with people and property. He earned a Bachelor's degree from Fordham University, then went on to work with Goldman Sach's Commercial Real Estate Department. Four years later, Renato moved to commercial sales at Marcus & Millichap, then left to start a coffee/wine bar which he grew to success, with the intention to return to real estate. Meanwhile, he continued making personal real estate investments, as he believes property is one's most vital asset. Skilled at client service and relationship building, Renato naturally instills confidence that he will achieve your desired results. He enjoys navigating people through the real estate process and escorting them through the different neighborhoods they are interested in calling home. Renato owns his apartment on the Upper East Side as well as several other condos throughout New York City. He speaks conversational Tagalog and Italian, and loves international travel, with much time spent in his favorite place, Italy. Renato also keeps active playing tennis and occasionally practicing yoga.
