Hi! I'm Regina Samuel and I have been a full time Real Estate Agent since 1999 and Awarded Rookie of the Year my first year in business. I have been a top producing agent every year since then and have been awarded numerous Achievement Awards over the years. My training consists of obtaining designations such as CRS - Certified Residential Specialist to CLHMS - Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, CRP Certified Relocation Professional to International Marketing Mastery Seminars all the way to How to Build a House. I have built a solid foundation of clients in this community with my experience by offering in-depth area knowledge, unsurpassed energy, excellent negotiation skills, supreme professionalism, honesty and patience. I have been told I have an effective combination of Southern charm with a dash of firm tenacity. I like to win (for my clients) but do so with a calm demeanor and a smile. You may find me enjoying a glass of wine at the local bar with friends while joking around with the bartenders, talking to the locals, walking my dog on the trails, shopping in the numerous boutiques, having a cup of coffee at Copper Coin or a beer at the local brewery, or enjoying the live music at the new amphitheater. My hobbies include amateur photography, attending sporting events such as the Atlanta Falcons and Braves, Kickboxing, PTA Member and keeping up with my daughter who is an avid competitive cheer leader.
