Ranita was born and raised in central Nebraska and still enjoys strong family relationships there. She excelled in high school academically and socially due to her hard work, ethics, and fiercely independent spirit. That independent spirit brought her to The Great State of Texas immediately after graduating high school completely alone (but absolutely confident!!) to find her dream. She enrolled in a local college and began working in the residential property management business to pay her own way. She immediately excelled at work with both customer service and business sense quickly rising to management levels. Ranita�EUR(TM)s business insight and experience were sought by the owners of multi-million dollar properties to facilitate the build-out and lease up of new construction, to work directly with potential investors to sell established properties, and the oversight of multi-million dollar capital improvement projects. Property Management is where Ranita established life-long friend and business relationships that she still enjoys today, and even found her best friend and husband James, a local law enforcement officer. Ranita continued in her 20+ year successful property management career while raising her two children, Hunter and Hannah, and guiding them through Arlington public schools where she and James have been long-time residents. Ranita�EUR(TM)s personal and intimate knowledge of Arlington schools, neighborhoods, and business community coupled with her management career resulted in immediate success when she transitioned to residential real estate in order to have more time with Hannah and her high school experience.
