Soon after realizing that residential sales were his passion, Prashanth transitioned over to real estate sales in early 2007 and has been representing buyers and sellers in his native Naperville, Oak Brook, and Downtown Chicago Neighborhoods. Prashanths philosophy is simple: honesty, personal service, and relentless work ethic. With 6 years of previous experience as a loan originator, Prashanth has a deep-rooted understanding of the financial process involved in each real estate transaction. Prashanth has been involved with The Childrens Heart Foundation since 2008. As a member of the CHF Illinois Board and Chair of the Young Professionals Board, he organizes events around Chicagoland to raise awareness and research money for the number one birth defect in the United States: Congenital Heart Defects. When Prashanth isnt representing buyers and sellers to achieve their goals, you can find him reveling in Chicagos die-hard sports culture. As a lifelong Bears/Bulls fan and eternal optimist, Prashanth claims every year is The Year. When hes not basking in a victory or mulling over a tough loss, Prashanth is a regular in intramural leagues for basketball, football, and volleyball. Recently, Prashanth has taken on golf where he has found that the strongest part of his game is driving the cart.
