About Pietro Costa
Since his move to Brooklyn in 1983, Pietro has made Brooklyn his true home. He first settled in Clinton Hill and then later moved to Cobble Hill, largely because living here reminded him of life in the small southern Italian town he was born in. Pietro has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in all areas of real estate while acquiring, restoring and managing a portfolio of exceptional properties of his own. His hands-on and in-depth experience with design, architecture, construction, zoning, real estate development, property ownership, property management and financing is unique among real estate agents.
