I have been a full-time Realtor since 2005 and have lived in the Bay Area for most of my adult life. Although real estate is hyper-local I make it a point to keep on the trends shaping our market in this region and nationally. There is no greater joy than to help my clients realize their goals. Whether it be handing the keys to a house to new buyers; or successfully finalizing the sale of a beloved family home or income property. Real estate is a deeply personal business and I feel very lucky that the people I have had the privilege of working with have become part of the community and my life. I measure my success by the satisfaction that my clients feel in working with me.Having been a professional photographer and filmmaker for over 20 years prior to real estate I always seeking to elevate the aesthetic part of this business.� I created a Youtube channel over 10 years ago dedicated to create a broader reach for my own listings and to bring information to both buyers and sellers. I am always pushing the envelope to develop innovative ideas that inform, inspire and create opportunities for my clients.Living in the Bay Area gives us access to activities and lifestyle that doesn't exist in many other places. I am an avid outdoor enthusiast - Mountain biker, hiker, skier, climber and scuba diver. On any given day I might be enjoying our local regional parks for cycling or hiking or heading to the Lake Tahoe area to Mountain Bike.In my own City of Alameda, I regularly participate and volunteer in community events, street fairs, cultural happenings and have become a regular video contributor to our own Alameda Boys & Girls Club. One of the wonderful things about our Island City is the strength of Community that you will find in many aspects of life here.
