Paul Kempa was born and raised in a western suburb of Illinois. As a young college student he worked for a local Real Estate Company as an assistant service person preparing homes for sale. He also worked for a small family construction company as a tradesman building strip malls and office buildings in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. This experience started his love for the Real Estate Industry. Paul started his Realtor career in 2002 and has had a focus on Property Management and helping first time buyers as well as sellers achieve their dreams. In recent years he has helped investors build profitable real estate portfolios and increase their financial stability investing in real estate. Paul also has an active role with Realtor Association of the Fox Valley and is currently on the executive board in the president elect capacity. His mission today is to help customers, clients and agents achieve their goals of home ownership and develop real estate agents as they build thriving careers in real estate.
