Patrick began working as a real estate appraiser and then decided to become a licensed real estate agent. While his depth of understanding of the appraisal process is a tremendous asset to the group, Patrick believes that one of his greatest attributes as an agent is his patience. Patrick is a native of Atlanta and has deep roots in DeKalb County. He is the grandson of Jim Cherry, who served as Superintendant of DeKalb County Schools for 30 years, and the son of Lynn Cherry Grant, a valuable member of the DeKalb County Board of Education for many years
