About Patricia Weeks

Patricia Weeks

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson | CNE, CBR at Compass [email protected]
Ms. Weeks' passion for real estate began when she first moved to Manhattan - buying, renovating and selling properties for her family. Her experience as a publishing industry executive established the basis for her work ethic, which she applied when she became president of her Fifth Avenue co-op board. Through her involvement with her co-op, Ms. Weeks learned the intricacies of co-op living and building management; she easily and readily shares that experience with her clients and colleagues. A private pilot in her free time, Ms. Weeks transfers the skills of charting, navigating (in all conditions) and landing safely to the process of planning, designing and executing market strategy, analyzing appropriate properties for value and concluding by negotiating the best result for each of her clients. Ms. Weeks is committed to her New York City community as an avid theater and music devotee. She's an active member of the Central Park Conservancy, the Real Estate Board of New York and the Princeton Club, and she serves on the Board of the USO of Metropolitan New York. Ms. Weeks is a member of The 99s, AOPA and the Cessna Pilots Association. Ms. Weeks' discretion, knowledgeability and responsiveness are strengths that her clients depend upon during the often stressful process of buying or selling a property. As a result, her clients refer her to friends, family and colleagues. "Precision and skill are what's needed to navigate a planeand Manhattan real estate!"
