About Patricia Leone

One of downtowns most experienced, knowledgeable and broad-based real estate development and sales professionals, Patricia has been involved in San Diegos downtown residential and commercial scene for more than two decades. Throughout her development career, Patricia has offered her clients far more than the normcontributing a sophisticated, highly skilled perspective on evaluation, negotiation and marketing of residential opportunities. Having worked in the downtown real estate arena since the early 1980s, Patricia has helped spearhead groundbreaking developments both locally and throughout the West, encompassing a wide range of residential, commercial and hospitality projects. She has served as president of a residential and commercial development company that masterminded the $80,000,000 restoration of the US Grant Hotel in San Diego. She has also handled the construction of medical clinics, home subdivisions, condominium buildings and more. During these complex projects, she handled virtually every phase of the development process, from securing financing, researching, selecting and supervising contractors, and overseeing all ongoing operations. Over a decade ago, Patricia a real estate firm, one of the first residential real estate brokerage firms to deal exclusively with downtown San Diego properties. Located in the heart of the Centre City, it remains one of the most respected, connected downtown real estate resources in San Diego.
