I've been a realtor for over 23 years serving the Santa Clarita Valley, Antelope Valley and the San Fernando Valley.� I've lived in the Santa Clarita area for over 35 years.� I grew up in the Antelope Valley with my Dad who was a veteran of the United States Army, my beautiful mother and brother.� I'm married and have a beautiful daughter who's a graduate of California State University Northridge. Before settling down in Santa Clarita I lived in several states, Las Vegas, Albuquerque New Mexico, Arizona and back to California.� I usually worked as a secretary of Presidents and Vice Presidents of large companies but decided I needed a change and went into the mortgage lending for about a year.� I then�choose real estate and I've being doing it ever since.� I love what I do in every aspect of the business.� I provide my clients with the most important and valuable investment they will be making in buying a home.� I'm honest, dependable, have integrity, I work hard and I always answer my phone calls and text messages when possible.� I provide valuable information to my clients to make their transaction as smooth as possible. I educate my clients on all aspects of buying a home, I listen to their want and needs and guide them every step of the way.� When my clients sell their home I guide them thru the process and I� provide them with a market analysis of their home.� I market their homes with online exposure thru social media. I collaborate with three real estate groups in the Santa Clarita, Antelope Valley & San Fernando�Valley that help each other in selling their clients homes.� I work closely with the buyers agent, escrow and lender making sure we are on schedule. The most important thing I do is after your escrow closes is that I'm still here for you even after the close of escrow.
