Patricia (Patty) was born and raised in Beverly Hills, California. She has lived and worked in the Calabasas/Malibu area over the past 25 years while raising her four daughters. She was educated at Franklin College in Switzerland where she began her love affair with travel and meeting new people. Patty entered the Real Estate industry in early 2000. Matching wonderful people with great houses was a natural for her, but learning the art of successfully negotiating and closing an escrow really gave her the edge to succeed in the real estate industry.
