About Patrice Footes

Patrice Footes grew up in Brooklyn, New York, where she and her two younger sisters were educated in the private Catholic school system. After marrying her soul mate, Patrice relocated to her husband's native city of New Rochelle, NY in Westchester County. She has resided in New Rochelle, NY for over a decade with her husband and two children. Patrice is a member of the local Westchester County PTA, Mocha Mom's, Inc., National Association of Realtors, and Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, Inc.Prior to entering real estate, Patrice began her career in customer service, and was able to work her way into and up in the field of marketing. Patrice was a Marketing Manager for fortune 500 corporations in the fields of: children's education, office supplies, finance, legal, current events news, and real estate. Her vast experience in marketing fostered her creative skills, while fine tuning her analytical skills. These skill sets have provided Patrice with the competitive edge in real estate because she has expertise in identifying internal and external partners to build brand awareness, as well as, manage and report key performance indicators (KPI's) that capture critical business intelligence information. Her experience and skills enhance her ability to represent her clients whether renting, buying or selling.
