ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) is a professional designation that means I am committed to providing top-notch real estate services in the buyer's interest for my buyer-clients. Areas of Expertise Primarily, residential real estate practice representing sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants. Substantial experience dealing with a variety of housing types, including single-family, multiple-family, condominiums, and cooperatives. Significant experience marketing vacant properties and properties of distant, relocated, and corporate sellers. Extensive experience representing buyers and tenants, with some representation of relocating buyers and tenants. Experience with short sales and pre-foreclosures. Communities I Serve Westchester, Putnam, and Bronx Counties in New York, with emphasis on the White Plains (including Hartsdale, Elmsford and Greenburgh), Yonkers, Ossining and Bronx communities.
