About Nicholas Smith

Originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania, Nick has been living in NYC for almost a decade. Primarily studying and working in opera for many years, he made the switch to real estate about 4 years ago. He began working in administration in New Development and shortly after transitioned to becoming an assistant and team manager for a top team in residential real estate. Working dually as an admin and agent, Nick has been able to work intensely in development and brand management as well as helping clients in buying and selling their dream home.
