WSJ Top 5 Sales Team Nationwide 2015-2017 A native of Sacramento, California, Nathans passion for Real Estate spurred at a young age from his late Grandfather who developed Commercial Real Estate in Las Vegas, Nevada. Nathan commenced his Real Estate career at Oates Investments: Cable Kilpatrick, a Commercial Real Estate development and holdings firm. During his tenure there, he earned his salespersons license in California and assisted in the leasing of both spec office, and flex space. Since then, hes obtained his Salespersons license in the state of New York in 2015 and has blossomed at Nest Seekers International working alongside Bravo TV's Million Dollar Listing: New York star Ryan Serhant. Nathan received his B.S from NYUs Schack Institute of Real Estate, where he gained an institutional insight and foundation of Real Estate development, financial underwriting, capital markets, Real Estate law, and investment principles that he applies to his profession on a daily basis. He served as President of the Real Estate club at the University, where he coordinated networking events with industry professionals, site-tours, and assisted in helping its constituents source internships and jobs. An extrovert and family-oriented individual, Nathan values relationships and friendships at the highest level. Possessing tireless work-ethic, unshakable confidence, and a competitive nature, hes dedicated entirely to every transaction, and the clients and colleagues he works with.
