About Nancy Stedman

I have been a Realtor in Tallahassee, Florida since 1990, after a few years of working with the State of Florida (Public Service Commission). I was a sales associate for a number of years, then got my brokers license. After several years of being a broker associate, I did open my own office and was a broker for ten years in that capacity. I now am getting back into a larger office, becoming a broker associate with Coldwell Banker Hartung and Noblin. I chose this office because of the good reputation it has among the Realtor community as well as the public. The phenomenal support available to an associate like myself will also help me to help many more customers.I graduated from Florida State University in 1986 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. I am married with three grown daughters and my husband and I enjoy distance running. We directed the Tallahassee Marathon Half Marathon for a number of years and now direct the Tallahassee Ultra Distance Classic. I have served in many volunteer capacities, including those with our local Board of Realtors. I would be happy to be of service to you.
