Morgan prioritizes two things above all else: Work and family. Although she enjoyed and found professional success in the NYC film/media production scene and in the finance world, she decided to take her passion for work and blend it with family. Moving from Guggenheim Investments where she sold structured credit and fixed income funds to financial advisors, she is now part of a father-daughter team with her father, Bill Burch, who has successfully built and run over a dozen businesses and has deep experience with historic renovations, new construction, and real estate investing in both the residential and commercial markets. She has a warm Iowa-bred sensibility and work ethic that inspire a hardworking, systemized, & business-minded perspective to selling. With connections to the New York Film scene and to investors across the nation, Morgan often brings together people from a wide array of backgrounds.
