About Michele Diaz

A third-generation Tampa native, Michele Diaz has extensive knowledge of not only the local real estate market, but Tampa Bay's rich and culturally diverse history. As a South Tampa resident, Michele enjoys the lifestyle that the area has to offer. Always keeping current on the latest real estate developments of the surrounding neighborhoods gives her the advantage that her South Tampa neighbors seek when selling or purchasing their homes. Michele grew up the daughter of a U.S. Air Force Officer in a family that continuously relocated, giving her first-hand knowledge of the relocation hardships that local military members and their families face while assigned to MacDill Air Force Base and other local military commands.After receiving her Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of Tampa, Michele served in public safety, working for the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office for ten years. She served in several roles during her tenure with HCSO, including Reserve Deputy Sheriff, 9-1-1 Senior Dispatcher, and Child Protection Investigator. Michele decided to also continue with her education, obtaining her Master's Degree in Business with a specialization in Marketing from Saint Leo University.After proudly serving her community and becoming a mother, Michele decided to begin her career in real estate in 2010. With a background in public safety, and as a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, she ensures that all of the real estate transactions she oversees are not only in full compliance with laws and regulations, but that her client's needs are met in every possible way.As a highly-rated licensed real estate agent, Michele is a very friendly and outgoing professional to work with, always paying very close attention to all details of the buying or selling process. As a skilled negotiator and businesswoman, Michele has a wonderful knack for closing deals quickly and efficiently.During her off time, Michele enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. Michele is also a member of the Krewe of Agustina De Aragon, one of the oldest and most established Gasparilla Krewes in Tampa, where she gives back to the community by volunteering for various local charities.
