About Michele Arceneaux

Welcome to the beautiful Monticello and Tallahassee Area of North Florida. We have the best of both worlds here, all of the benefits of the city , yet surrounded by the beauty of rural North Florida, with quaint small towns, beautiful rolling hills, trees and rivers. I am proud to call this area home! I grew up in Florida (Pinellas County) and moved to Atlanta to attend the Georgia Institute of Technology. I received my degree in Building Construction. My first job out of school was planning and consulting for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. It was a great experience and so much fun and an experience I will never forget! After getting married in Atlanta, my husband and I and our growing family moved several times (Texas, Alabama & Georgia) as a Military Family. My husband served active duty in the US Army, and is now in the Air Force Reserves. I started my real estate career in 2002, when we returned to Atlanta, as my husbands active duty military career was complete. In my first year as a Realtor, I was awarded my Board of Realtors "Rookie of the Year" award, as well as Highest Closed Volume. My hard work and dedication earned me a spot in Atlanta's Top Realtors (Communities Magazine Top 100 in Atlanta) multiple years. I also have experience as the Broker and Operating Partner for a highly successful Real Estate Office. I gained so much valuable knowledge and experience with contracts, negotiations, pricing and more during that time in my career. I am excited to bring my experience, knowledge, and love of Real Estate to EXP and all of my North Florida Clients!
