Michal Kravarik was born in Europe and came to the United States to pursue his masters degree. After immersing himself in the culture, he realized he couldn't leave NYC's upbeat lifestyle, excitement and infinite opportunities. Michal specializes in condo, co-op and townhouse sales as well as luxury rentals. Whether he is representing the seller/landlord or buyer/tenant, he doesnt stop working until his clients needs are met. Michal's first and foremost priority is to assess, evaluate and synthesize his clients' wants and needs while establishing a professional and fun relationship, his clients comfort being among his top priorities. Before coming to the real estate business, Michal worked in a CPA firm and real estate development firm. Being a property investor and landlord, there is no doubt that merging his real estate, finance and communication experience is inherently valuable for his clients. In his spare time, you can find Michal traveling and meeting new people all over the world, going to the gym or engaging in one of the sports he enjoys.
