Born and raised in Venice, Michael is a third-generation real estate broker with nearly 20 years of experience representing buyers and sellers in the Los Angeles market. His expertise in commercial real estate, multifamily, office, retail, NNN and income properties is exceptional and clients appreciate his steady guidance and superior market knowledge. Michael has strong financial and analytical skills. He understands the market changes and evolution, especially in areas like Venice, Santa Monica, and other Westside communities. Whether its selling, buying or finding high-quality, long-term tenants, Mike excels in delivering results. One of the most effective areas of his business is the transition of his clients assets utilizing the 1031 exchange process. He guides clients in navigating the evolving landscape to capture opportunities in residential, commercial, creative office space and live-work environments. In addition to individual investors, Mike provides business and commercial real estate consultation to small and medium-sized companies. Mike is a distinguished graduate of Pepperdines Graziadio Business School and also studied economics and accounting at U.C. Santa Cruz. As an avid outdoorsman, he spends his rare offtime surfing, fishing, and is a member of the Ojai Golf Club. Michael also donates his time with the Surfrider Foundation.
