About Michael Seay Jr.

A 6th generation Washingtonian, Michael has over 16 years of experience building and running operations for companies in the retail pharmacy industry. In 2016 he started a consulting business and got his real estate license in DC and MD with a plan to work with close friends and family. The enjoyment he received helping clients realize their real estate dreams, along with the opportunity to build his own business, prompted him to leave his career in operations to focus on real estate full time. Michael has always been passionate about real estate and has owned homes in several Washington area neighborhoods, including Bethesda, Tenleytown, U Street Petworth. Through each of his personal experiences, he learned ways to improve upon the emotional and sometimes stressful real estate process.
