Michael O'Connor makes dreams of Brownstone Brooklyn a reality. A 14-year resident of Bedford-Stuyvesant, Michael purchased and renovated two Brooklyn brownstones himself and has expertise and contacts necessary to help clients do the same. Not one to simply tell clients what they want to hear, he works hard to establish trust by focusing on facts, real-world data and his own personal experience to show clients the realities of the marketplace. From that foundation of honesty, they can move forward as a team to reach the clients' goals. Michael specializes in historic Bedford-Stuyvesant, Clinton Hill, Crown Heights, Prospect Heights and the rest of Brooklyn, and he is both a Certified Negotiation Expert and a Certified Buyers Representative. Originally from London, England, Michael has lived in New York City for more than 30 years and has a deep appreciation for the diversity of people, architecture, dining and entertainment in his Brooklyn home. When he's not working, you'll often find him watching his 8-year- old play soccer.
