Licensed in Arizona since 2004 I have specialized in Listings and Resales throughout the East and West Valleys. Experienced in all transaction types including Move-Up, Move-Down, First Time Buyer, Investor and Our of State Second Home Purchases. Most of my business is generated from Referrals, Open Houses and Community Volunteer efforts. I start and finish each transaction myself. Once a purchase or listing contract is signed i do not hand my clients off to a different licensee, assistants or coordinators. I work the file myself through closing and am always available after close to troubleshoot and assist in any way that i can.
