Michael was born and raised in Osaka Japan and left Japan when he was 19. He has lived in Los Angeles, Seattle, and came to New York City approx 40 years ago. Michael is a well seasoned NYS licensed real estate broker of over 35 years. His recent accomplishments include the completion of numerous residential and commercial property valuation as well as the consultation of distressed property owners in New York City, Westchester, Putnam, Rockland County, and upstate NY. He also worked for major general contractor Turner Construction Company for five years as a field Construction Management team member. As such, he has a well-rounded understanding of New York Citys diverse infrastructure and real estate market. He has a clear understanding of NYC market history and trends from the historical sales price under $100per sqft in the 1970s to current approx $900-3000 per sqft as fixed pricing. He strongly believes NYC real estate is a safe, solid, useful long term investment for you and your loved ones for generations.
