Michael has sold hundreds of properties throughout Manhattan since entering the real estate business in 1991. Through the years, He has succeeded during the various economic ups and downs of the marketplace, beginning with the stock market crash of the late 80's, to the down market of the early 90's, through the exuberance of the dot-com era, and continuing with the post 9/11 global economy and financial crisis of 2008.
