Michael also represents landlords in the leasing and sales of their multifamily buildings & works with some large institutional funds to acquire income producing assets. Chadwick is originally from Buffalo, NY and grew up between Howard Beach, Queens, and Rochester. After graduating from the University at Buffalo with a BA in Theater, Michael came to NYC to be an actor. He's been the face of major advertising campaigns for brands like Verizon, Angel Soft and King Fisher Beer. Michael's work in the fashion and entertainment industry has enabled him to network with some of the most discerning buyers and sellers of real estate in NYC. He's been photographed over 60 times by Patrick McMullen, Getty & mentioned in society blogs like Black Tie & Guest of a Guest. He's appeared on Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing". Chadwick was also a contestant on ABC's "The Proposal".
