As a Horry County South Carolina native, I love showing off the beautiful Myrtle Beach (Grand Strand) and surrounding areas. Born just over the county line in Marion SC. I grew up in rural Horry County . I have spent my life in the area mostly Myrtle Beach, Conway , North Myrtle Beach and Aynor/ Galivants Ferry areas. I pride myself with a valuable asset, my local knowledge of the area ! My experience as a former business owner for 12+ years and with more than 20+ years in retail management has given me valuable experience to understand my clients needs on a different level. I began my Real Estate career in 2004 and have seen the real estate market changes. I am a full- time realtor that has dedicated my time to become a top producer and invested in educating myself in the real estate industry, to help better serve my clients needs. I am available 7 days a week for my clients. Building relationships with my clients and listening to my clients needs have been the foundation to my real estate success. Communication throughout my clients real estate experience no matter if they are buying, selling or investing is truly important for me. My goal is make sure my clients real estate experience is truly enjoyable. I recently obtained my SC Real Estate Brokers license in July 2021. I currently hold two national realtor designation , SRS and PSA. I am a member of our local real estate association Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors , SC Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors.
