About Melissa Oliver

I have been assisting buyers and sellers for over 19 years in both Tuolumne and Calaveras Counties. I have experience in selling residential, vacant lots/land, manufactured/mobile homes, short sales and foreclosure properties. My profession is both challenging and rewarding. Honesty, loyalty, and a great work ethic as well as striving to go above and beyond to help others is my goal. I am a past Director for the Tuolumne County Association of Realtors, and served two terms. I belong to the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the Tuolumne County Association of Realtors. My designations include Certified Residential Specialist, which only 4% of the Realtors nationwide have and also am a graduate of the Realtor Institute. I'm proud to be part of RE/MAX GOLD and am committed to my work and look forward to helping people find their dream home, or assist them with selling their properties.
