About Melinda Schneider

I love helping buyers and sellers! My clients appreciate my knowledge, negotiating skills, and experience so they know I am always working in their best interest. I am very detail oriented and keep my clients informed about what to expect during the entire transaction. I am unique in that I always put myself in my client's shoes. In doing so, it helps me to understand their point of view and can advise them through my experiences and give them options and information so they can make decisions that are best for their unique situation. I am a native Texan, but I have also lived in three different states. This experience has allowed me to learn differences each state has to offer. I understand what a family goes through moving into unfamiliar territory. I can help alleviate my client's anxieties and help them find a new home that is right for them. I take great pride in the relationships I build and I get excited when I see my clients achieve their goals, whether it is buying their first home or their dream home and I am looking forward to helping you!
