Melinda, Owner and Broker of Coldwell Banker SKS Realty, based in Bedford, Pennsylvania is a 20-year real estate industry veteran and has represented buyers and sellers in a wide array of real estate transactions. Mrs. Feaster has a long record of successfully guiding her clients smoothly through the real estate process. She has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks, in both the residential and commercial markets. Melinda grew up in the Bedford County area and started her own business at the age of twenty which she successfully ran for twenty years. She has been a Multi Million Producer since 1999, International Diamond Society Recipient, and holds the designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), Smart Home, and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialists). Melinda is devoted to her husband, two daughters, and granddaughter. She is an active member of the community, serving on Bedford County Chamber Board of Directors and Downtown Bedford Inc. Board of Directors. She organizes fundraising for Bedford County Habitat for Humanity and is a BPW member.
