Hey y'all! Yes, I am from Texas. I have been In Nebraska for almost 8 years and love it. I love being a realtor and helping people with the process of buying or selling a home. I love my clients and want to know them on a personal level and form a relationship that lasts well past the transaction. I have been a business owner for most of my life and have also worked in customer service, substitute teaching, retail sales, Unit Directors Secretary for 20 wonderful ladies and I was a surgical technician working for a plastic surgeon for several years. I have worn many hats in my 50+ years and have always worked with people and children to improve their lives. My various jobs and experiences have molded me into the person I am and I would not change a thing. I am meticulous, extremely detail oriented, and a fantastic listener. I am service driven, highly invested in my clients happiness and well being and an all around caring and giving individual. I will work my behind off to bring a deal to the closing table and be your biggest advocate while doing so. In addition to being a real estate professional, I am a professional photographer and an accomplished stager and interior designer. I have also designed exterior pots and landscapes to enhance your home if needed. I have built 2 houses from the ground up with my husband and my kids; no contactors at all; so I understand construction and most aspects of any needed repairs. I have moved several times and know how to get it done so I can assist you with that as well. I am naturally upbeat, happy and optimistic. I love my life and my family and would do anything to improve on what we have. I understand that my clients feel the same and I always keep that at the forefront of my service to you. I work in relationships as partners, making shared and informed decisions. We, as a team will never guess; we will know and act with purpose.
